To help the executive of organization carry out organizatioal programs, there should be deputy organization of executive (council/institution/body/bureau) that are formed and responsible for organizational executive in respective level. 
 

1.  Council
Council is the component of deputy organization of executive that is given a task as an organizer of charity, program, and activity suitbale to the policy of organizational executive in respective level. For for information concerning council  click here.

3.  Body/Bureau
Body/Bureau is the component of deputy that is given a task to help organize administration and manage organization.

 

Council functions as Deputy of Organizational Executive in determining plan, implementation and control of charity, program, and activity management based on organizational policy. Council has an operational task to manage charity, program, and activity based on the policy of organizational executive. Council has authority to direct, decide, and give technical and operational guidance of program implementation in respective field.
 

Instituion functions as Deputy of Organizational Executive in implementing decision and policy of organization based on its task. The institution has a task to help Organizational Executive in certain field in terms of policy implementation. The instituion has authority to do an activity after obtaining the agreement of Organizational Executive.
 

Body / Bureau functions as Deputy of Organizational Executive in doing administration and managing organization. Body / Bureau has a task to help Organizational Executive in doing administration and managing organization. Body / Bureau has authority to give technical and administrative guidance and management on behalf of Organizational Executive.
