The Inauguration and affirmation of the executives of Special Branch of Muhammadiyah Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia recently is a series of processes lasting since the implementation of regional meeting I of PCIM on Thursday, February 3, 2011 M coincides with 29 Safar 1432 H, said Dr. Sonny Zulhuda in his speech as chairman of the committee "Grand Islamic Study and Inauguration of PCIM period 2011 - 2013" as well as chairman of the Board Formation regional meeting are mandated to formulate completeness PCIM board of committee.
Attended by residents, volunteers, sympathizers of Muhammadiyah, Indonesia and various community groups, local communities and community organizations that exist in Malaysia, also representatives from the Indonesia Embassy at Kuala Lumpur; around 400 people nightly crowded at the room often called the KSS Board of Kampung Baru, to witness an important event of Da'wah Islamiyah of Muhammadiyah.
Meanwhile in his mandate, the central executive of Muhammadiyah before his lecture in the grand Islamic study, reminded new Muhammadiyah executives in Kuala Lumpur – Malaysia, under the general executive Arifin Ismail and his staff, to always perform the function Muhammadiyah organization outside the country, some of which first PCIM should be able to act as gathering organizers between members, residents, and sympathizers of Muhammadiyah, secondly to become mediators between the organization and local governments and other institutions, thirdly to increase in the quality and quantity of Forum for members and sympathizers of Muhammadiyah, fourthly to take place as media of teaching Muhammadiyah organization and ideology, and fifthly to be the executive and the development of Islamic Spreading in accordance with the religious schools of the Muhammadiyah
Muhammad Arifin Ismail MA, which became the new general chairman of Muhammadiyah Special Branch of Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia period 2011 - 2013 is the son born in Kuala Simpang, Aceh Tamiang January 19, 1959. Arifin completed his bachelor (Ushuluddin) at the Institute of Education Darussalam (IPD) Pondok Modern Gontor - Ponorogo, went on Dirosat Ulyanya at Cairo University in Egypt, and Punjab University in Pakistan, as well as Post Graduate Studies at ISTAC - IIUM Malaysia, and now still completing his Ph.D on Fakulti Academy Pengajian Islam Universiti Malaya (UM), Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia.
