MUHAMMADIYAH.ID, YOGYAKARTA - Commemorating National Children's Day on 23 July 2019, General Chairwoman of the Central Board of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (PPNA) Diyah Puspitarini stated that children are an invaluable asset of a nation.

“Thus, we have to educate them, fulfill their rights, and give affections. Loving them means loving the future of this nation,” declared Diyah.

Dealing with children, there is also the World Breastfeeding Week in August.

“Breastfeeding is a long-term need and a future of children. It is no longer an era that a mother does not breastfeed. A smart mother gives exclusive breastfeeding,” contended Diyah.

Nasyiatul Aisyiyah highly concerns with and commits to promoting that mothers should preserve their and their baby’s nutrition since the mothers are pregnant.

“The fact is that the stunting rate in Indonesia is high. We have to maintain the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) by regarding mothers’ nutrition and children getting exclusive breastfeeding. We believe that children are the future of this nation,” asserted Diyah.
