MUHAMMADIYAH. ID, PALU - Muhammadiyah and Emergency Response Teams comprising of Search and Rescue (SAR), Medical, and Psychological teams gave fast responses to Palu, Sigi, and Donggala.
Muhammadiyah commits to resolve disaster issues till the recovery 2020 with a Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Team (TRR) cooperating with a number of domestic and overseas parties.
Vice Chair of Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) Rahmawati Husein stated that Muhammadiyah discerns disasters as an occasion to instill better life values through service developments of Muhammadiyah charity. Muhammadiyah seeks to evolve the charity in areas of health and education such as RS Siti Fadhillah Supari PKU Muhammadiyah Palu, TK ABA, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palu, and Muhammadiyah-owned mosques.

Meanwhile, General Chairman of the Central Board of Muhammadiyah Haedar Nashir and General Chairwoman of the Central Board of 'Aisyiyah Siti Noordjannah Djohantini immediately witnessed the recovery and invited public to collaborate with Muhammadiyah to foster Indonesia and empower community by adapting to disaster risks.
