MUHAMMADIYAH. ID, YOGYAKARTA –General Chairwoman of the Central Board of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Diyah Puslitatini expected that selected new leadership of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) can prove their stand to prevent and eradicate corruption.

Diyah representing Nasyiatul Aisyiyah urged government and the House of Representatives to effectuate a judicial review of the revisions of KPK Law.

The revisions should reinforce rather than weaken the KPK,” emphasized Diyah on Monday (24/8).

She also wished that the KPK can remain to be an independent body to prevent and eradicate corruption.

“Nasyiatul Aiyiyah’s stand for the KPK aims to protect young generations from a culture of corruption and becomes a campaign to avert corruption to everyone including women and children,” emphasized Diyah.
