MUHAMMADIYAH.ID, YOGYAKARTA – Majlis of Tabligh of the Central Board of Muhammadiyah organized an opening of Pelatihan Nasional Mubaligh Muda Muhammadiyah (PM3 – Muhammadiyah’s National Young Islamic Preacher Training) on Wednesday (18/9) at Muhammadiyah Development Center, Kaliurang, Yogyakarta.

Chair of the Majlis of Tabligh Fathurrahman Kamal, and other leaderships of the majlis, and participants from 15 Muhammadiyah universities across Java attended the opening. Meanwhile, the training was intensively conducted for five days, from Wednesday (18/9) to Sunday (22/9).

In his remark, Deputy Chair of the Majlis of Tabligh Syamsul Anwar stated that the core of dakwah is tabligh, and the essence of tabligh is mubaligh.

“This training aims to reinforcing resources of tabligh, namely Muhammadiyah mubaligh,” stated Syamsul.

He inserted that Muhammadiyah is the oldest movement.

Confronting challenges of Muhammadiyah’s dakwah, young mubaligh should possess great competences.

“The participants are trained to improve e their substantive and methodological competences,” informed Syamsul.
