MUHAMMADIYAH.ID, YOGYAKARTA – On behalf of the Central Board of Muhamamdiyah, the General Chairman Haedar Nashir congratulated Pemuda Muhammadiyah (Muhammadiyah Youth Association) on the 88th anniversary.
Raising a theme ‘Reinforcing Solidarity, Spreading Virtue, and Enlightening the Universe’ in the anniversary, Haedar expected Pemuda Muhammadiyah cadres to leverage the momentum to lead movements bringing a mission of Islam Berkemajuan (Progressive Islam).
“Be civilized Muslim cadres, perform good deeds, promote Islam as rahmatan lil ‘alamin, emulate and embody Islam which molds advanced civilization,” declared Haedar on Friday (1/5).
“Look at a founding father of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan. When he was young, he was able to be a reformer and establish Muhammadiyah as an Islamic reform movement that led to the advancement of people, nation, and universal humanity,” asserted Haedar.
May Allah always give His blessings, contentment, and gifts to all Pemuda Muhammadiyah cadres to promote a mission of Islam Berkemajuan.
