KBIH Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah Seminar and Workshop recommend the establishment of Muhammadiyah Hajj Institution

Yogyakarta-Seminar and Workshop on Management and Guidance on Hajj at Hajj Guidance Muhammadiyah Group and Aisyiyah were already held on last Sunday, June 26th, 2011. The event attended by 13 delegates from regional executive of Muhammadiyah, 51 leaders KBIH Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah across Indonesia was closed on Saturday night, June 25, 2011, by the Chairman of the Legal Affairs Committee and Muhammadiyah Central Executive Syamsul Anwar. After sharing problems, serious dialogue and discussion in plenary and commission session, the workshop passed several important recommendations for the establishment and management of ideal pilgrimage guidance for Muhammadiyah people and Muslims in general.

Some ofthe recommendations offered by the workshop and the Management and Guidance of Hajj were below:

1. It proposed the establishment of Hajj institution structurally from the central executive to the provincial and regional level and with notes if possible in the future could become an Assembly.

2.In order to perform institutionalfunction, Chairman of Muhammadiyah Central Executive was expected to create "guidelines" regarding to the management of pilgrimage institution that contains, among others, the term of office in accordance with period in the organization, qualification and certification of mentors, organizational structure, vision, mission, duties, authority, and so on.

3. It proposed the central executive of Muhammaidyah to prepare applicative coaching for KBIH Muhammadiyahand Aisiyah

4.It proposed the establishment of organization for coaching alumni of KBIH Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah
