Jakarta – Lembaga Zakat Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) is now preparing some aids for Palestine. It is hoped that the aids will lessen their burden, who are now struggling to survive against Israel’s vicious aggression.

This was stated by Marketing Communication of Central LAZISMU, Adi Rosadi, when he was confirmed via telephone on Wednesday (7/9). Adi stated that the brutal action of Israel towards Palestine had caused countless casualties. “Most of the casualties in Palestine are children and women, who were supposed to be protected in the International rules of war, and we regret Israel brutal actions,” he affirmed. Furthermore, Adi Rosadi also said that now LAZISMU is trying to do fundraising for Palestinians, who have to do fasting in the midst of vicious conflict.

Adi also confirmed that now LAZISMU intensely communicates with MDMC (Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center) to find aid format, which could be sent to Palestine. “It is not easy to send aids to Palestine, because usually it will stop in the Ramallah border in Egypt, but we will keep coordinating the aids. I hope we can give the best for our brothers in Palestine,” he explained.
