Serang – Cadre Education Council (Majelis Pendidikan Kader/MPK) of Muhammadiyah Provincial Executive (Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah/PWM) of Banten Province had held Baitul Arqam for Teachers and Lecturers in Banten on Friday-Saturday (07/11-12) in Akbid ‘Aisyiyah Banten. This event brought the theme of “Membumikan Ideologi Muhammadiyah di Lingkungan Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah” and was attended by 20 participants; they are faculty members and educational administration of Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang, Akbid Aisyiyah Banten, and teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah Cilegon, SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Kota Tangerang, SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 2 Rangkasbitung, and SMK Muhammadiyah Kota Serang.

Following the theme, it was hoped that the output of this event would be able to strengthen the knowledge, character/personality, and the spirit of struggle/ideology of Muhammadiyah cadres in Banten, thus there will be dynamics of organizational movement in provincial and regional level, as stated by Muljadi as the Chairman of MPK PWM Banten on Saturday (7/12).

Andy Irawan acted as the Master of Training; he was a member of MPK PWM Banten, who was also the treasurer of Youth Organization of Muhammadiyah Central Executive. This event was opened by the Chairman of Muhammadiyah Provincial Executive of Banten, Hasan Alaydrus, and was ended with chain events of lectures and iftar. (Sonhu Sun) (mac)
