Jakarta – Besides being the main priority and collective task to prevent and avoid, the fight against drugs abuse in the form of anti-drugs campaign should start in the early ages of teenagers. Students who were the main object and subject of drugs spread should be ready for this challenge. It was presented by the State Minister for Youth and Sports Affairs of Indonesia, Imam Nahrawi, when he attended the Muktamar Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah in GOR Ciracas (Ciracas Gymnasium) on Monday morning (11/17).

Later, Imam challenged IPM to have urine test on the indication of drugs abuse. “I will contact the chief of BNN to do urine test for the participant of Muktamar IPM,” he said. The young minister who were Nadhlatul Ulama cadre, were genuinely happy of being able to be present in the middle of thousands of IPM cadres from all over Indonesia in Muktamar IPM.

The State Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs encouraged IPM along with the youths to always try on developing the country into a healthy, strong, prideful country by doing social activities in youth and sports. “IPM as the best National OKP and the best OKP in ASEAN should be able to compete in order to improve the spirit in youth, students have to be able to be the first line to realize Indonesia Hebat (Great Indonesia),” he said.
