Makassar – 400 participants of the upcoming MuktamarMuhammadiyah and ‘Aisyiyah had begun to be registered online, from the total of 6500 participants invited to the 47thMuktamarMuhammadiyah and ‘Aisyiyah in Makassar. The participants who had been registered online had acquired their rights to attend the Muktamar Forum that would begin from 3 to 7 of August 2015.

It was delivered by the Vice Secretary of the Council of Literature and Information of Muhammadiyah Central Executive (MajelisPustakadanInformasiPimpinanPusatMuhammadiyah), IwanSetiawan, when he was interviewed in the midst of coordinating meeting of central committee and Muktamar participant receiving committee in Iqra Building of UniversitasMuhammadiyah Makassar on Wednesday (04/01). Iwan stated that the schedule of online registration for Muktamar participants would be limited to May 15, 2014. Therefore, Iwan expected that the representative of each region would hastily register for the participating role, remembering that the complimentary needs for all participants would be made via digital system starting next May. “The participants will acquire id card that is complemented with broadcast system that can directly scan the participants joining the forum. Furthermore, another advantage of this online registration is that the participants can easily follow the updates and stages of Muktamar, and they will not be bothered by administrative matters,” he explained.

The participants, Iwan explained further, would be served directly the moment they arrived at Makassar, the receiving committee had received information through online of name and the accommodation they would receive. “The receiving committee will know directly when the participants have arrived at the airport of the port and they will report to the committee who will have some kind of post there, to accompany the participants to their accommodation,” he said. Furthermore, Iwan also said that the central committee expected the participants to not worry about the accommodation including the transportation when they arrived at Makassar, so that they can focus more on the materials needed for the forum, which were important matters.
