MAKASSAR– General Chairman of Muhammadiyah Central Executive who is also Chairman of MUI, Prof. Dr. Din Syamsuddin received the Award from the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission .The award of Supporting Figure of Quality Broadcasting was given by Indonesian Broadcasting Commission to Din on the National Broadcasting Reception Day on April 1st at the Pavilion Losari Beach, Makassar, South Sulawesi. Similar award was given byIndonesian Broadcasting Commission to government agencies, namely the Governor of South Sulawesi, and private institutions Rumah Sinema.
According toIndonesian Broadcasting Commission, this award was given to Din since he was rated as leaders who were concerned and care about the quality of broadcasting in accordance with the values of religion and culture. Din was a distinguished figure who was keen to encourage the quality Ramadan programs as a guide, not just a show for the public.
The Commemoration ofNational Broadcasting in Makassar was to recall the 82 years of the course of the inauguration of first Radio Stations in Mangkunegaran Solo. The commemoration was also marked the end of National Coordination Meeting of Indonesian Broadcasting Commission, which was attended by all commissioners of Indonesian Broadcasting Commission and, Regional Broadcasting Commission of the entire country. #mst
