Yogyakarta - Central Executive of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah will hold Tanwir MEETING II that will last on Dec 2-4, 2011 in Yogyakarta. The event taking the theme “Improving the cadre quality of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah in driving advocacy for women and chldren” will be attended by the representatives of the provincial executives of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah all over Indonesia.

The event taking place at Satya Graha Hotel is planned to be opened by Prof. Dr. H.M. Din Syamsuddin, M.A. (General Chairman of Muhammadiyah Central Executive). In his opening remark, Din will deliver a national speech. Insya Allah (God Willing) the event will be enlivened by  Voice of Cabana Islamic Orchestra and other art performances.

This Tanwir will talk about things related to Muktamar (conference) XII. As a supporting event, there will be a talk show with Haryadi Suyuti (Yogyakarta Mayor) with the theme of  “Jogja is a friendly city for women and children”. There will also be an art performance from SAMAWI PDNA of Yogyakarta City, VOC, and art department of UNY (Yogyakarta State University).

There will also be a symposium done by APUNA (Asosiasi Pengusaha Nasyiatul Aisyiyah or Association of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Businesswoman) that will present and discuss the profile of BUANA (Badan Usaha Nasyiatul Aisyiyah or Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Enterprises). Then there will be documentary movie showing about “Unregistered Marriage”, as a cooperation result between LSPPA (Institution of Children and Women Study and Development) and Majelis Tarjih Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah.
