In SM No. 05 Th. to-82, 1-15 March 1997 page 27 contains the answers about the distribution of meat qurban, is mentioned as follows "According to the guidance of the shari'ah, qurban meat was divided into three parts. First, the third is the right of the berqurban, . .... Second, one third is given to the poor who are appointed by the person who berqurban, . .... Third, the third is distributed to the poor in general, and so on. ....

All I ask: Guide shari'ah is whether the hadith or what? Please explain further.

Answer:

Hasba brother, thanks for the correction, because in our answer in BC. No. 05, 1-15 March 1997 there are editorial mistakes. Actually what we mean by one-third were not in terms of numbers, but rather that the meat qurban it could be distributed to the berqurban own, to the poor who do not ask for it openly and to the poor who are openly begging. Furthermore qurban meat does not have to be divided into three groups each of them as much or get a third of each section. The legal basis or guidance Personality 'we mean is the word of Allah surat al-Hajj ayat 36:

It means: "Then when it collapsed (dead), eat sebahagiannya and give people who are willing to eat what was available to him (not begging) and those who ask."

In the above verse is referring in part eat-qurban sahibul. While the poor mentioned in the paragraph above are not begging and the begging (openly). But actually it could be called the poor in general. So what we meant and with this we have to straighten what is contained in the BC No. 05, 1 to 15 March 1997.
