Question:

I once heard a lecture from a scholar of Muhammadiyah in my place who said that:

1. The presence of cloning is one sign of apocalypse will arrive with a letter based on the word of Allah an-Naml paragraph 82.

2. That the new creature (cloned) is not based on tradition mukallaf ... ... (I forget the hadith that he mentioned.)

Is it true that these scholars description? What is your opinion Rubric Fatwa Caregiver Team BC / Division Fatwa Majlis Legal Affairs Committee about the new creature that God promised would arrive when connected between an-Naml letter paragraph 82 with cloning? Is it true there are hadith which states that there will be a new creature will not mukallaf?


Answer:

In a letter an-Naml paragraph 82 stated:

وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَابَّةً مِّنَ الْأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ كَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا لَا يُوقِنُونَ

 [النمل (27): 82]

It means: "And if the words have fallen upon them, we issued a kind of creeping things of the earth who will tell them, that people actually were not sure the revelations of Us."

The above verse is one of the verses of the Koran that explains about the signs of the coming Day of Judgement. One of the signs mentioned by the verse that is a kind of creeping out of the earth who will say that the human version does not believe in the revelations of Allah. The cloning is a fabrication in the medical field to obtain offspring from a mother (for animals) or a mother (to humans), which in conception without the need for male sperm. However, in the process is also still use the womb. So the children produced by cloning the parent or born from the womb of a mother, not out of the bowels of the earth. From here seems to mean that the child, whether child or an animal not a human child cloned animals out of the bowels of the earth as mentioned by the subsection above. Or he explained that cloning is not one sign of the coming doomsday.

Until this answer was written, the cloning of humans has not been done. Therefore there are no cloned human babies. As we know that mukallaf are human beings who fulfill the requirements to assume taklif (bebanan law) that is capable of understanding the demands of Personality '(khitab God) and have the skills / abilities (ahliyyah). So if one day there are human cloned long as they meet the requirements taklif, he is mukallaf.
