BADAL HAJI, MENERIMA IMBALAN DARI MELEMPAR JUMRAH DAN HAJI DENGAN PASPOR HIJAU

Question:

After I read the DVM. Dwi Rahayu draw in BC. No. 15/82/1997 concerning labeling of Livestock Products Halal, there are some questions that I convey to caregivers rubric Religious Fatwa SM as follows:

1. What is the capsule (from the recipe) is guaranteed kosher?

2. If the importer fooled, products originating from the West is actually from a pig, but said instead of pork, then marketed and consumers feel safe and then consumed by people, whether innocent people because they do not know?

3. If a product is examined by the team, manufacturers provide data to feel right but actually wrong, then given halal certification so that consumers feel so secure and confident. How does the law society who consume these goods are actually forbidden?

4. Is it permissible Muslims, especially the inspection team believes in a mixture of data descriptions of food and medicine that can not be detected without watching the production process in the country of origin of these products?

5. Do Muslims attempt to avoid any possibility of consuming illicit goods?


Answer:

For the first question, perhaps that could answer this question is the Consumers, because these institutions exist that have a lab to examine it.

The second question, that sin is a cheat, are people who consume no sin in not knowing, based on the hadith:

 

رُفِعَ عَنْ أُمَّتِي الْخَطَأُ وَالنِّسْيَانُ وَمَا اسْتُكْرِهُوا عَلَيْهِ

 

It means: "Deleted (sin) because one of my ummah, and being forced to forget."

People make mistakes, among others because they do not know.

For the third question:

a. People who consume these products based on trust of innocent halal label.

b. The research team should not believe it to data provided by the manufacturer. But the need to re-examined in the laboratory. Because if one in determining the lawful / unlawful consequences will be borne in the world and the hereafter.

c. Manufacturers also need to hold a double-check to avoid fraud committed by outsiders who deliberately cheat and ignore the rules of religion.

For the fourth question, the Muslims-in general-may believe the data may not mix / ingredients of a product. If you believe and believe there is no problem. If you do not believe the food-for example-may be abandoned. But for medicine (by prescription) when no other species should we eat, because it is necessary for healing and for an emergency. This noodles according to the rule:

 

اْلحَاجَةُ تَنْزِلُ مَنْزِلَةَ الضَّرُوْرَةِ وَالضَّرُوْرَةُ تُبِيْحُ اْلمَحْظُوْرَاتِ.

 

It means: "intent (needs) is placed on the emergency and the emergency permit is prohibited."

For the fifth question, so that Muslims do not mistakenly eat the forbidden item then must have the Consumers equipped laboratory for researching consumer products, and the results are announced to the public. Because the funds needed for this huge, before having his own, for the time this institution could cooperate with other agencies that have anything to do with research.
