Question:
1. The priest who continued. For example, in prayer masbuq jama'ah there are some people (who missed raka'at). After the priest greets, some people masbuq had retreated to the back and one person is a priest masbuq to complete the prayer and so on if there is masbuq-masbuq new. Is it so there is legal basis?
2. Masbuq or missed cycles in voluntary prayer or religious obligation kifayah, such as tarawih prayer, worship and prayer janazah ied. Is dicukupkan / enhanced deficiency or greetings prayers together priests?
3. In our existing Association Legal Affairs Committee Decision (HPT) issued by the central leadership of Muhammadiyah, Tanfidz dated 19 Rajab 1387 H/23 October 1967. [رواه البخاري]

In the above hadith the Prophet prayed just told perfecting deficiencies that can not be done with the priest and did not mention / ordered to be implemented in a congregation with a new lift in the perfect priest prayers that deficiency.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ نُصَلِّي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذْ سَمِعَ جَلَبَةَ الرِّجَالِ فَلَمَّا صَلَّى قَالَ مَا شَأْنُكُمْ. قَالُوا اِسْتَعْجَلْنَا إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ. قَالَ فَلاَ تَفْعَلُوا إِذَا أَتَيْتُمُ الصَّلاَةَ فَعَلَيْكُمْ بِالسَّكِينَةِ فَمَا أَدْرَكْتُمْ فَصَلُّوا وَمَا فَاتَكُمْ فَأَتِمُّوا. [رواه البخاري]
