Question:

I want to ask about circumcision rawatib noon prayers for the people who participated Friday prayers. Already at noon rawatib know that circumcision is four cycles, two cycles before noon and two cycles again after noon. For those who followed Friday prayers (especially in mosques Muhammadiyah) there is no opportunity for the sunna salat rawatib before Friday. This is due after the time noon came in, the priest went up the pulpit and direct muezzin call to prayer. This is quite different from what I experienced during the pilgrimage last year, both at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, after the time of entry, muezzin call to prayer and approximately 7 minutes before rising pulpit preacher then muezzin call to prayer again. So there we can perform circumcision rawatib noon prayer (salat sebelurn Friday) for those who followed Friday prayers. Please explain further.

Rawatib prayer is sunnah prayers which accompany the obligatory prayers, before or afterwards. For Friday prayers, although compulsory, but have a procedure / specific rule, that in no prayer Friday prayers qabliyah, because a new call to prayer begins when the preacher has gone up the pulpit. Finish direct call to prayer preacher sermon. If you want to do salat sunnah (absolute) can do as much as possible before the call to prayer is not home when the sun directly overhead.
